Our aquafarmed oysters, Perles de la Mer (Pearls of the Sea), are grown in the waters of Portersville Bay between Dauphin Island and Bayou La Batre, Alabama.  The perfect blend of fresh and salt water produces oysters with a unique, rich flavor.  Our ecofriendly aquafarm produces a sustainable product year round, and we are happy to fill every order with the best tasting, freshest Gulf coast oysters.  Your oysters can be pulled from the water in the morning for afternoon pickup, or in the evening for next morning availability to ensure you have the freshest oysters possible.
